End User License Agreement (EULA)

Please read this End User License Agreement (EULA) carefully before installing or using the software (referred to as "the software") provided by Siovue Inc.(referred to as "we" or "the company"). By installing or using the software, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA.

1. License Grant

1.1 Subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software for personal or internal business purposes.

1.2 This license is granted for the legal duration of the copyright protection of the software.

1.3 You may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based upon the software.

2. Intellectual Property

2.1 The software and any accompanying documentation are protected by intellectual property laws and international copyright treaties. All rights related to the software and documentation are reserved by the company.

2.2 You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights to the software. The license granted under this EULA does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.

3. Restrictions

3.1 You may not sublicense, distribute, or redistribute the software, in whole or in part, to any third party without the prior written consent of the company.

3.2 You may not use the software in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations or infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.

4. Limited Warranty and Disclaimer

4.1 The software is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. The company does not guarantee that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements.

4.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the company disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 In no event shall the company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the software, even if the company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Termination

6.1 This EULA is effective until terminated. The license granted under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms and conditions.

6.2 Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the software and destroy all copies of the software in your possession or control.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

7.1 This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising from or related to this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].
